Shipping & Delivery

All orders placed before 8pm Monday – Friday are shipped out the same day.
All orders placed after 8pm or on the weekend or bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.

Please note that orders are fulfilled at our distribution warehouse and any tracking emails will show “Zendbox” as the shipper.

Please be aware deliveries may be delayed around Black Friday and Christmas due to increased demand.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or bank holidays.
Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

We’re still a small team and although we try super hard to get everything shipped out as soon as possible, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery, especially with the current post-covid delays becoming regular courier issues.
If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to let you know.
